We accept Legal Aid Ontario for Refugee Claims, Refugee Hearings, PRRAs and applications for Permanent Residence on Humanitarian and Compassionate Grounds.

We are not able to accept Legal Aid Ontario for Refugee Appeal Division, Immigration Appeal Division or Federal Court Matters.

Payment Plans are available.

The below fees do not include disbursements. Disbursements may include: translation of documents, interpretation during meetings, photocopying, and courier costs. We will talk to you before we incur any disbursements on your behalf.
